PDK Membership Information Form

Phi Delta Kappa Shreveport-Bossier Chapter 1213 is currently accepting applications for membership. Please consider a co-worker for PDK membership. All applications must be turned in no later than February13, 2009. The membership meeting has been scheduled for March 12 at 4:00pm, 2009. New members will be initiated April 23, 2009.
